CASE %3: REOUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW OF PROPOSED P.U.D.: CASE OF MR. <br /> <br />Mr. Wirz is requesting sketch plan review of a proposed P.U.D. This P.U.D. <br />contains 14 single f~ily residential lots, and four outlots. One outlot would <br />contain the residence of the Applicant, t~o outlots would be used for nursery <br />purposes and the fourth outlot would be an ease_went into the Applicant's <br />proposed residence. In addition, the P.U.D. proposes the construction of <br />approximately 820 feet of 171st Lane N.W. The proposed site contains <br />approximately 40 acres and is presently zoned R-1 Residential. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-c) contains the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a. Site location <br />b. Proposed sketch plan <br /> <br />[km~ission Action: No formal action is necessary at this time other than to <br />direct any oo~ments you may have on the proposed sketch plan to Mr. Wirz. <br /> <br />Mr. Morton is. requesting sketch plan review of a proposed minor subdivision of <br />an approximately 8 acre parcel. Mr. Morton is proposing to split the parcel <br />into two four acre lots. Mr. Morton's existing residence is located on the <br />southern portion of the property; Mr. Morton is proposing to construct a new <br />residence on the proposed northern lot. The property is located in the R-1 <br />Residential District. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-d) contains the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a. Site location <br />b. Proposed subdivision <br /> <br />Oa~mission Action: No formal action is necessary at this time other than to <br />direct any comments you may have on the proposed sketch plan to Mr. Morton. <br /> <br />~E #5: REVIEW DRAFT OF RECODIFIED ZONING ORDINANC~ <br /> <br />Exhibit A contains a draft of the recodified zoning ordinance. This draft <br />should contain all the re~isions made to date by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Based on the Om~ission's review of this draft, the Commission should discuss <br />whether the following proposed schedule is still appropriate: <br /> <br />Tuesday, October 15, 1985 - Joint work session between <br /> Planning and Zoning Co~mission and City Council <br /> to review draft of ordinance <br /> <br />Tuesday, November 19, 1985 - Public hearing conducted by Planning <br /> and Zoning Cc~mission on proposed ordinance <br /> <br /> <br />
