CASE %6: DISCUSSI(~ ~ING PARK DEDICATION REOUIREMENTS: CASE OF NORTH- At your last meeting, you discussed how the Northfork P.U.D. had proposed to fulfill the City's park dedication requirements. At the May 16, 1985 Park and Recreation Cowmission meeting, Mr. Mike Gait presented the Northfork P.U.D. proposal, including how the developers proposed to meet the City's park dedication requir~ents. Enclosed in (D2-e) are the following items for your information: a. Minutes of the May 16, 1985 Park and Recreation Commission meeting b. Ordinance %83-13 establishing Ramsey's park dedication requir~ents Cc~mission Action: Your action will be based on your discussion. CASE %7: DISCUSSION REGARDING VACANCY ON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ~he Cxm~ission is scheduled to interview the applicant for the vacancy before the meeting at 7:10 p.m. Enclosed. in (D2-f) is Mr. James Howell's letter of application for this vacancy. G0~mission Action: Your action will be to recc~mend/not recommend appointment of Mr. Howell to serve on the Cc~mission to a term to expire December 31, 1986. Voting yes: Voting no: CASE %8: DISCUSSION REGARDING NOVEMBER MEETING DAW You may recall that the Commission changed the November meeting date to Wednesday, November 6 in anticipation of the elections. However, there are no elections in Ramsey this Nov~ber so the Cc~mission can meet on the regularly scheduled meeting date of November 5, 1985. (k~mission Action: Your action will be to determine whether the November Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be on Tuesday, November 5 or Wednesday, November 6.
