I I 6. ~hat the Criteria for ARproval are as follc~s~ a. ~lat the operation of the beauty salon will not be detrimental to or I the health, welfare and is not endanger public O~ general contrary to est_~hlished standards, regulations or ordinances of other gove~ental agencies~ ~ I b. ~hat the p~oposed use shall not he unsightly, undesireable or obnoxious in appearance and it will not hinder the orderly and harmonious developrent of the City or the R-1 Residential District~ I c. That the proposed use will not be substantially injurious to the permitted uses nor unduly restrict the enjoyment of other p~operties in I the ~ate vicinity nor substantially diminish and impair property values within the areal I d. That the proposed use will not impede the orderly and normal developrent and imp~~t of the surrounding property for residential purposes~ I e. ~hat adequate water supply and disposal facilities shall be sewage p~ovided ky the Applicant~ and f. ~hat the p~oposed use shall confor~ to all applicable regulations of the R-1 Residential District. i 7. ~hat the Pe£fourance Standards are as follows. a. ~hat fire p~otection is p~c~ided ky the c/ties of Anoka and Elk River, and the p~oposed use should not create a fire hazard~ I b. ~hat electrical disturhences are not applicablel I c. ~hat noise disturbance is not applicable~ d. ~hat vi/xation disturbance is not applicable~ I e. ~hat malodorous gas or matter is not ap~licablel I f. ~hat air pollution is not apglicahle~ g. ~hat gla~e frce lighting devices is not applicable~ I h. ~hat erosion ky wind or water is not applicablel and i.
