Minutes Motion was made by Elweli and seconded by Broadbent to approve the Minutes of the October 27, 19g~ committee meeting. Motion carried. 2. ReCyCo-lnsurance ~taiver Staff presented the request of ReCyCo, Inc. dba ReCyCo Transfer Station to waive the insurance requirement for workers' compensation. This waiver is requested because ReCyCo does not have any employees for which such insurance is required. All labor needs tor ReCyCo are purchased from Gallagher's Service, Inc. Motion was made by Broadbent and seconded by ~/ells to recommend that the insurance coverage for "workers' compensation" be waived for ReCyCo, Inc. because they did not have any employees for which such insurance would be needed~ but that said coverage be provided at such time that they have employees for which this insurance would be applicable. Motion carried. 3. Closure/Post Closure Plans Staff provided background information concerning previous actions by the Environmental Services Committee concerning closure/post closure plans.
