Approval of Waste Management's plan to provide closure period site monitoring and post closure period site maintenance and monitoring financial assurance by irrevocable letter of credit from Security Pacific National Bank, subject to review, modification, and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legality. 6. The license issued to ~/aste Management of Minnesota, Inc. for the operation of the Anoka Landfill be amended to: a. Extend from 3anuary I - :lune 30, 1985. b. Include as a condition of this extended license the conditions set forth in Exhibit 6. Staff shall notify the licensees, local governing body, and site property owners of the Committee, Health Board, and County Board action concerning these plans and financial assurance. Motion carried. Mobile Home Parks and CampRrounds Staff presented the request of the Minnesota Department of Health that the County consider assuming the responsibility for the licensing and inspection of mobile home parks, recreational campgrounds and children's camps. Motion was made by Haas and seconded by E]we]l to recommend that the County not accept the licensing and inspection program for mobile home parks, children's camps, and recreational vehicle campgrounds since the County does not have the necessary staffing or financial resources.
