Acceptance o! the operational/closure financial assurance in the amount of $190,000 by bond ($1~0,000) and license agreement cash escrow ($50,000.). Acceptance of the post closure financial assurance escrow agreement subject to review, modification, and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legality. The license issued to Sylvester Brothers Development Co., Inc. for the operation o! the East Bethel Landfill be amended to: Extend from 3anuary I - 3une 30, 1995. Include as a condition o! licensure the conditions set forth in Exhibit 3. D. Haste Management of Minnesota, Inc. dba Anoka Landfill The closure/post, closure plan submitted by Haste Management of Minnesota, Inc. for the Anoka Landfill dated December 1983 and revised on May 16 and November 21, 1984 and received on November 30, 1984 be approved with the following corrections: a. Deletion of the last sentence and table o! the first paragraph on page 9 {see Exhibit 4). b. Amendment of page 15 to include the cost estimates for site monitoring during the closure period {see Exhibit 5). c.
