PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />t~JBLI C HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> SI~TE OF MINNESO~ <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Con~ission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, <br />January 15, 1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. Allan Johnson's request for a conditional use <br />permit to temporarily use a mobile borne for office space in an I-1 District <br />and to sell automobiles in an I-1 District. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Dr. Duane Kennen <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Lee Johnson <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:33 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson was present and stated that he would like to use a mobile home as <br />a temporary office building for approximately two years; at which time he will <br />build a permanent building if the business is doing good. <br /> <br />~here was no other citizen input. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson adjourned the public hearing at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik <br />Secretary <br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
