The petitioner represents one hundred
percent (100%) of the proposed area of benefit as shown on
Exhibit A.

Prior to this feasibility study, the Ramsey City Council had
ordered a Feasibility Report for Trunk Sanitary 'Sewer, Trunk
Storm Sewer and Public Water Facilities for the 1983 Rum River
Watershed Urban Area. In 1984, bids were received for construc-
tion of trunk facilities and they are currently under construc-
tion by Arcon Construction Company, Inc. These facilities are
scheduled to be completed by May 10, 1985. The proposed River's
Bend Second Addition will be assessed in accordance with current
ordinances for the trunk facilities.

III. PROPOSED FACILITIES

Attached to this report are Exhibits A and B showing the proposed
facilities. These facilities will provide sewer and water to the
proposed River's Bend Second Addition.
