The <br />lateral sewer is proposed to be 8-inch gravity sewer and <br />would provide service to the proposed plaf and the Ramsey <br />Center property located between the proposed sewer and Trunk <br />It ighway 47. <br /> <br />As part of the project, six inch (6') services would be <br />provided to the property line of the proposed benefited <br />property as requested by the developer. The costs of all <br />service lines would be assessed to the properties on an <br />individual basis and the costs of the lateral line would be <br />assessed on an acre basis. <br /> <br />Watermain <br /> <br />Watermain service to the future development will be avail- <br />able from an existing 10-inch lateral watermain as shown on <br />Exhibit B. This watermain would connect the existing 10 <br />inch watermain located at the well and pumphouse site as <br />shown on Exhibit B. <br /> <br />The proposed lateral watermain would be ten inches in <br />diameter as shown on Exhibit S. Six inch (6") water <br />services would be provided to the property line as requested <br />by the developer. The costs of the laterals and service <br />lines will be assessed in the same manner as the sanitary <br />sewer. <br /> <br /> <br />
