I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Counctlmember tntroaucea the following resolution anc~ moved for its adoption: RESG[/3TION e85- RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (Oakrid~e Estates e85-10) WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealooating: 1) 163rd Avenue N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. and Llama Street N.W. 2) Ferret Street N.W. between 161st Avenue N.W. and Hedgehog Street N.W. 3) Hedgehog Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. and Ferret Street N.W. 4) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. north to its er~ at the cu/-de-sac. 5) Kangaroo Street N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road ~83) south and east to its end at the cul-de-sac. 6) Kangaroo Circle N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road #83 north to its end at the cul-de-sac. and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City O~8e. NO~ ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~E CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF PAMSEY, ANCKA GGUNTY, S~I~E (iF KINNESO~, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Peter R. Raatikka of Rakanson Anderson Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as re~ · The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor hhereof: and the following voted against I~he same: l~esolution %85-
