I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmembez introduced the following resolution and moved for its RES~TION 185- RESOLUTION OIqDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (Pineview Estates %85-11) WBEREAS, it is proposed to i~prove the following ~treets by sealooat_ing: 1) 149th Avenue N.W. between Ramsey Blvd N.W. (County Road t56) and Uranimite Street N.W. 2) 149th Lane N.W. between 150th Lane N.W. east to its e~d at the cul-de-sac. 3) 150th Lane N.W. between Urantmite Street N.W. and Ramsey Blvd. lg.W. (County Boad %56) 4) Uranimite Street N.W. between 149th Avenue N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. 5) Per/dot Street N.W. between 149th Avenue N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NGW ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANCiiA GOUNTY, S~ iF MINNESO~, as follc~s: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should b~st be made as proDosed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as reoo~. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following v~ted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of January, 1985.
