The report <br />contains the Closure and Post-Closure procedures for the Anoka Sanitary <br />Landfill (SW-94) owned by the City of Anoka and operated by Waste <br />Management of Minnesota, ]nc. This plan has been written to comply <br />with the provisions of the Anoka Solid Waste Ordinance No. 83-3, the <br />applicable statutes, rules, regulations and requirements of the State <br />of Minnesota, and the policy plan of the Metropolitan Council. <br />PURPOSE <br /> <br /> The purpose of this document is to provide a program that <br /> effectively meets the requirements of the above noted ordinance by <br /> presenting an engineering statement of the activities required for <br /> closure and post-closure care of the Anoka Sanitary Landfill. <br /> Engineering cost estimates are also presented. <br /> GENERAL SITE INFORMATION <br /> <br /> The following provides general information regarding the Anoka <br />-Sanitary Landfill. <br /> <br /> 1.
