Items in that subsection are combined as appropriate in the <br />following discussion. <br /> <br /> ]. Notification of ~losure <br /> <br /> The Anoka County Community Health and Social Services Department <br />will be notified at least ninety (go) days prior to termination of <br />landfilling activity. A planned closure date and arrangements for <br />compliance with the closure program will be included in the <br />notification. The Department will also be notified within five days of <br />the specified due date. <br /> <br /> Regular customers of the landfill will be given written <br /> notification of the site's closure date not less than sixty (60) days <br /> prior to completion of landfilling activity. This notification of <br /> regular customers shall be repeated not less than 30 days prior to <br /> cessation of landfill activity and again upon cessation of landfilling <br /> activity. All notifications will contain information regarding <br /> alternative disposal sites. <br /> <br /> Notices will be published in the Minneapolis Star and the Anoka <br /> Union Shopper serving Anoka County indicating date of site closure and <br /> location of alternative disposal facilities.
