A copy of the petition is <br />attached. The hearing will be held: <br /> <br />DATE: Wednesday, February 27, 1985 <br /> <br />TIME: 2:00 p.m. <br /> <br />PLACE: <br /> <br />Ramsey City Hall <br />Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Ail parties are requested to present to the hearing officer at the hearing <br />any current contract, correspondence, or such other documentation that may <br />be pertinent to this matter. <br /> <br />The petitioning organization has submitted authorization cards of a 30% or <br />more showing of interest for the employees in the unit requested. Any <br />organization wishing to intervene shall be required to make the same showing <br />of interest through authorization cards to be submitted at the hearing. <br />No authorization cards will be accepted after the close of the hearing. <br />~HE EMPLOYER IS MEREBY ORDERED TO: <br />1. MAKE AND POST SUFFICIENT COPIES OF THIS NOTICE IN A CONSPICUOUS <br /> PLACE AT THE WORK LOCATION(S) OF THE EMPLOYEES INVOLVED. <br />2. PREPARE IN QUADRUPLICATE AND PRESENT TO THE HEARING OFFICER AT THE <br /> HEARING A LIST CONTAINING THE NAMES, EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATIONS AND <br /> HOME MAILING ADDRESSES OF ALL EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, WHOSE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE EXCEEDS <br /> THE LESSER OF 14 HOURS PER WEEK OR 35 PERCENT OF THE NORMAL <br /> WORK WEEK AND MORE THAN 67 WORK DAYS PER YEAR. <br />FOR THOSE EMPLOYEES THE EMPLOYER CONTENDS SHOULD BE EXCLUDED FROM THE <br /> UNIT AS CONFIDENTIAL'AND/OR SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE MEANING <br />O__F ~INN.
