CITY OF RAMSEY PROPOMED GONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT ~his oontract entered into this ___ day of .__.._, 1985, beb~een the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City," and Mr. Allan E. Johnson, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a Conditional Use Permit to sell automobiles and to utilize a ~obile home for temporary office sp~ce in an I-1 Industrial District. ~he conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following condi tions: 1) Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be provided on the site; 2) At no time shall the Applicant have more than 40 vehicles for sale on the premises; 3) ~ere shall be no salvage or junk yard activities con- ducted from this business or in conjunction with this business (the intention of this restriction is to pro- hibit solicitation and/or sales of auto parts); 4) Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the premises if it should receive oomplaints from adjoinin9 property owners; 5) A permanent office structure will be erected in acoordance with City Code and U.B.C. requirements and the mobile home will be r~oved from the site no later than September 1, 1986. 6) ~his Conditional Use Permit shall apply to that property legally described as follows: ~hat part of Lot 7, Auditors Subdivision 34, A~oka County, Minnesota, described as follows: oc~mmencing at the South- east corner of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on the Southwesterly line of said LOt 7, a distance of 770 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly on said Northeasterly line a distance of 350 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described; thence South and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly on said Southwesterly line a distance of 180 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on said Northeasterly line and to the point of beginning.
