Utility substations <br />shall be subject to the following standards: <br /> <br />1) All substations shall be subject to the <br />site planning requirements set forth in <br />Article ,.,.; and <br /> <br />2) New substitutions or refurbishment of <br />existing substations shall be compatible in <br />height, scale, building materials, landdscap- <br />lng and signing with the surrounding natural <br />environment or land uses.
