AND C.$.A.R. NO. 5 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Ramsey City <br />Council adopted January 22, 1985, a report has been prepared by <br />Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Eakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with <br />reference to the proposed grade change of the following <br />intersection: <br /> <br />-- Azurite Street N.W. and C.S .A.B . No . 5 <br /> <br />This report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February <br />26, 1985. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANCEA OGUNTY, S~I~TE OF MINNESO~, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the <br />proposed grade change of such intersection in accordance with the <br />report and said cost for the grade change will be paid for from <br />City and County funds. <br /> <br />~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following ~ted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of February, 1985. <br /> <br />- City Administrator/clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
