FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> FOR <br />STREET AND STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION <br /> FOR <br /> RUM RIVER HILLS <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />The scope of this report is to study the technical feasibility <br />of constructing streets and storm sewer for the proposed Rum <br />River Hills Planned Unit Development (PUD). The PUD is proposed <br />for development of 23 single family homes, a commercial complex <br />and an 18 hole golf course and clubhouse. The project is <br />located in the east central part of the City of Ramsey and is <br />east of State Trunk Highway No. 47 adjacent to the Rum River as <br />shown on Exhibit A. <br /> <br />The area of benefit, as shown on Exhibit A, lies within the East <br />Half of Section 11 and the West Quarter of Section 12 all in <br />Township 32 North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />The report follows with a brief discussion and estimated costs <br />for associated street and storm sewer construction, the <br />financing of the project and the anticipated schedule for the <br />project. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
