The petitioner represents one hundred
percent (100%) of the proposed area of benefit as shown on
Exhibit A.

PROPOSED FACILITIES

Attached to this report are Exhibits A and B showing the pro-
posed improvements. These improvements will provide streets and
drainage to the proposed Rum River Hills PUD.

Drainage

As part of this project, it will be necessary to construct
drainage improvements as shown on Exhibit A.

The proposed drainage improvements consist of detention pond
located north of 169th Avenue N.W. on Outlot B. It is also
proposed to construct a storm sewer from the detention pond
to Outlot E. The storm sewer would provide an overflow from
the detention pond and allow for the runoff to flow overland
across Outlot E into the Rum River.

To accommodate drainage from Iodine Street, it is proposed
to construct a drainage swale between Lots 8 and 9, Block 5.
This swale would outlet on Outlot D and drainage would flow
overland across Outlots D & E to the Rum River.

2
