I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Counci linen'bet <br />adoption; <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />t85- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has not provided workers' compensation <br />insurance ooverage to its Councilmembers and City volunteers while conducting <br />official City business for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />N(~ ~EREFORE, BE IT RESC~VED BY ~E ClT~ CO[]NCIL OF ~tE CITY OF RAMSEYw ANOKA <br />O0~NTY, 8~]%TE CF MINNES(Y/~, as follows.. <br /> <br /> 1) It is hereby authorized that Councilmembers and City volunteers <br />be covered under the City's workers' compensation policy while those <br />individuals are conducting official City business. Further, this will be <br />retroactive to September 19, 1983. <br /> <br /> 2) Individual Councilpersons and volunteers affected will submit a <br />claim to the Ac%ninistration Department within 36 hours of injury, stating the <br />type, time and date of injury. <br /> <br /> 3) City business must be authorized by the City Council or <br />Commission prior to attendance. <br /> <br />~e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 26th day of February, 1985. <br /> <br /> <br />
