Please refer to resolution file for Resolution <br /> <br />Voting <br /> <br />Motion by -~-'>~. ~ and seconded by _ ~o~apprijve/ <br />disapprove 6f the-~roP°s_ed improv~ent o~~'S~reet ~ and <br />~ ~ad ~5, ~n~nge~t~u~~~tion by ~e County as <br /> <br /> ~~ il~ Voti ~ ~ <br /> <br />Note: If your action is to approve, then you should specify the <br />method of funding. ~he City Attorney should address Section 8.05.02 <br />of the fl~arter for its application in this case. <br /> <br />~he City of Anoka, in oonjunction with the City of Ramsey, has been <br />working on plans to extend Thurston Street NW north to Industrial <br />Blvd. NW to the point where Dysprosium Street NW (an M.S.A. route <br />through Flintwood Second Addition) will connect to Industrial Blvd. <br />NW. ~he City Engineer will give a verbal report on this matter as <br />well as review the tentative plans. <br /> <br />~he City Staff feels that it is imperative that the entire problem <br />with extending Dysprosium Street NW to County Road ~5 as well as <br />making intersection improvements at County Road #5 and State l~ighway <br />~47 should be studied. <br /> <br />Accordingly, contained in enclosure (D2-h) is the proposed resolution <br />which would direct the Staff to proceed with planning of that <br />intersection. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be to approve/disapprove of Staff studying the <br />intersection of County Road #5, State l~ighway #47 and Dysprosium <br />Street NW.
