In keeping with ~e requir~ents of the City Charter, all the ~nefit~ pro~r~ ~ners must ~ identified by resolution prior to sch~uling a ~lic hearing on ~e proj~t. A r~lution for Project ~85-1 contains the list of benefited property owners for your a~ption and is also ~n~in~ in (D2-~). Also contained in enclosure (D2-i) is a copy of a resolution accepting ~e feasibility study and calling for a hearing on ~prov~nt Project ~85-1. ~nci ] Action: Your action will ~ ~ approve/disapprove/~end the resolutions for identifying the benefited property owners and to accept the feasibility study and set a public hearing date for the storm drai~ge improv~ent in ~e ~ve listed area.
