Counc~ lmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESflLUTION 885- RESOLUTION PLACING ANNE L. NORRIS, URBAN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLANNER ON I~RMANENT EMPLOYMENT ST~iUS WHEREAS, the effective date of employment for Anne L. Norris, Urban Economic Development Planner for the City of Ramsey was September 26, 1984; and WHEREAS, Anne L. Norris was placed on six month probationary period and said expiration date is March 28, 1985: and WHEREAS, Anne L. Norris has worked very well with the Planning and Zoning Commission and Economic Development ~o~ission; and WHEREAS, Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission and Mr. Don Greenberg, Chairman of the Economic Development Commission have written letters recommending Anne L. Norris be placed on permanent employment status with the City of Ramsey; and WHEREAS, the placement of Anne L. Norris on permanent employment status with the City of Ramsey has been reviewed by the Personnel Committee and they have recommended she be placed on permanent ~ployment status; and WHEREAS, Anne L. Norris has successfully completed her six month probationary period. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA O[I3NTY, Si~TE OF MINNESO~, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves of Anne L. Norris being placed on permanent employment status with the City of Ramsey as of March 28, 1985. 2) That it is further directed that a copy of this Resolution ~85- be furnished to the City Accounting Department and that a copy be placed in Anne L. Norris' personnel file. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of March, 1985.
