However, no <br />action was taken, as a firm commitment had not been received from the <br />County ar,d still has not beer, received at this writing. Therefore, <br />we will continue to work with them and can hopefully have that <br />information available for the meeting. <br /> <br /> ~tem Cm Rmque~t bY Mr. ~orm Holm for Reimbursement for <br /> Right-of-way in the Plat of Flint~ood Hills Second <br /> Addition P.U.D.: <br /> <br />We have received a request from Mr. Norm Holm that he be reimbursed <br />for M.S.A.S. right-of-way through the P.U.D. of Flintwood Hills <br />Second Addition. His reasons for feeling he should be reimbursed are <br />spelled out in his letter of February 22, 1985. Based on the payment <br />p~id to Mr. Albir, Petersor, ($2,500 per acre), Mr. Holm's property <br />would be valued at $10,170. This ~ould be reimbursable from M.S.A.S. <br />fur, ds. <br /> <br />The following <br />consideration: <br /> <br />items are contained in enclosure ¢D8-3'~ for your <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br /> <br />Mr. Hole's request for reimbursement <br />City Engineer's memo dated March 18, 1985 <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />If you concur with Mr. Holm's request, then you should direct Staff <br />to proceed with the acquisition by making him an offer. If he <br />accepts your offer, then this could be approved by resolution at your <br />meeting of April 23, 1985. <br /> <br />~tem Dm ~equest fop Partial Payment for Pumphouse No. 11 Case of <br /> A & K Construction: <br /> <br />Construction is proceeding very well on this project and the pump was <br />operated on Thursday, March 14, 1985. It is expected that the system <br />will be totally operational by Friday, March 29, 1985. <br /> <br />A & K Construction is requesting a partial payment in the amount of <br />$44,759.63. We will continue to hold 5% of the total until the <br />project is finaled. <br /> <br />Enclosure CD~-k) contains the City Engineer's pay request <br />estimate as well as the proposed resolution for your adoption. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be to approve/disapprove of partial payment to A & K <br />Construction for work on the pumphouse. Unanimous consensus of the <br />Council is required to dispense with the reading of the proposed <br />resolution.
