! I I I I I ! ! I I I I I I I I I I The City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the pre- mises at any reasonable time to ensure oompliance with the terms and oonditions of this agreement. 8. This grading and mining permit shall apply to that property legally described as follows: The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the following described p~rcel of land: Commencing at the northwest oorner of said Southwest Quarter of the South- west Quarter; thence southerly along the west line there- of, a distance of 360.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land being described; thence easterly, at right angles, a distance of 456.00 feet; thence southerly, ar right an- gles, a distance of 220.00 feet; thence westerly, at right angles a distance of 456.00 feet, more or less, to the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quar- ter; thence northerly, along said west line, a distance of 220.00 feet to the point of beginning. 9. No build-up of fill material shall be allowed by the Ap- plicant on County Road 116. 10. Dust created by travel on the access road shall be eon- trolled by any appropriate means by the Applicant. If it is not possible to oontrol the dust on any given day, the operation shall cease. If, in the opinion of the City En- gineer, the dust created by the operation is excessive, the operation shall cease. 11. In order to prevent excessive dust pollution, the mining operation shall discontinue operation at any time when wind gusts are in excess of 30 miles per hour. 12. The Applicant shall deposit with the City a cash deposit of $1000.00 to oover all costs in administering and moni- toring this agreement. 13. All oosts incurred by the City in executing and administering this agre~nent shall be borne by the Applicant. The Applicant understands and agrees that the grading and mining permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and shall be reveiwed annually by City Staff. Any violations of the conditions described herein or any violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this grading and mining permit.
