I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />This agreement between Mr. Lauren Wetterlind, hereinafter <br />referred to as "Applicant' and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter <br />referred to as 'City," entered into this day of , <br />]985 in conjunction with the approval of a variance to the <br />subdivison requir~,ents for the Applicant. <br /> <br />~'ne variance to the subdivision requirements shall apply only to <br />that property located at 8154 161st Avenue N.W. and shall include <br />the following: <br /> <br />a. a metes and bounds subdivision of that lot; <br />b. a variance to the rural residential density <br /> standards; <br />c. a variance to the minimum lot size for the southern- <br /> most lot; and <br />d. a variance to the minimum street frontage for the <br /> middle lot. <br /> <br />The variance to the subdivision requirements is hereby granted <br />contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and complying with the <br />following oonditions: <br /> <br />~nat the Applicant subdivide his lot as foll(~s: <br />a. the northeast portion shall be a 5-1/2 acre lot; <br />b. the middle portion shall be a 2-1/2 acre lot; <br />c. the southeast portion shall be a 2 acre lot. <br /> <br />2. That the split between the two southern lots shall be from <br /> the centerline of the cul-de-sac on 159th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />3. That a 33 foot easement be acquired on each side of the <br /> subdivision line for the future extension of 159th lane N.W. <br /> <br />4.
