Drainage problem 165th Avenue and Quartz Street: In this area, <br /> water will stand in the ditches prior to the spring thaw and <br /> during periods of heavy rain. However, there does not appear to <br /> I be danger to <br /> any <br /> property. <br /> <br /> 2. 149th Avenue west of Peridot Street N.W. (Pineview Estates): It <br />I appears that the road has settled six inches to one foot when it <br /> crosses the wetland. This street was constructed six years ago; <br /> therefore, we would assume that the settlement has stabilized. <br />I 3. Cracks in 156th Avenue: The cracks in 156th Avenue were not any <br /> different than cracking found on other streets in the City.
