Voting no Voting yes Motion by and seconded by to approve Ordinance ~85-4, an Ordinance amending City of Ramsey Ordinance ~84-13 entitled "City Funds"· The purpose of this ordinance amendment is to establish a 'LandfLll Abatement Fund'. Further, said ordinance is to be published in the Anoka County Union and will not take affect until 30 days frcm the date of publication. Please refer to ordinance file for Ordinance ~85-4. Voting yes Voting no . ~%DOPTION OF FINDINGS OF FACT IR REGARDS TO 14980 PERIDOT STREET NW: The City Attorney advises us that in order to properly proceed with the securing of the abandoned residence at 14980 Peridot Street NW, findings of fact are required. Voting yes Voting no . ~EOUFLT FOR CIVIL DEFf~SE SIRraS: Enclosure (D2-i) contains a letter dated March 31, 1985 from Mrs. Michael R. Newberger, 14940 Chameleon Street NW, Ramsey regarding civil defense sirens for the City of Ramsey. Several years ago Council received a petition from some concerned Ramsey citizens regarding this same issue.
