I I I I I I I I I I I I CASE ~3: Request for T£ansfe£ of Funds .from Landfill Tzust Fund If the Central Park capital improvement programs are to be carried out as outlined in the City's 1985 Operational Budget and the City's Long Term Financial Plan for year 1985, the Council wi]] have to adopt a resolution authorizing the transfer of $50,000 from the Landfill Trust Fund. ~'ne proposed capital improvements for 1985 at Central Park were for the follc~ing: Bleachers Enclosure (D2-f) contains the proposed resolution for Council adoption. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of transferring said funds for 1985 park improvements as approved in the 1985 budget. Unanimous oonsensus of the Council is required to dispense with the reading of the proposed resolution. ~ne follcwing proposed motion is hereby suk(nitted for your consideration: Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution ~85- approving/disapproving the transfer of $50,000 from the Landfill Trust Fund to the Park Fund as authorized by the 1985 City Operational Budget in Resolution ~84- 256 and by the Long Term Financial Plan in Resolution ~84-257. Please refer to resolution file for Resolution ~85- . Further discussion: Motion carried/failed. Council Action: There will be no Council action required at this time. The Ordinance is only being introduced at this meeting.
