Optimistic projections anticipate completion of the <br />residential development in a 4 year period. <br /> <br />As the development proceeds through preliminary plat review and into final plat <br />and final design, every effort will be made to keep you informed of the project <br />status and the objectives being sought. Every reasonable effort is being <br />considered to provide quality and a positive image to the plans.
