How much damage has been done <br /> to the City financially will be very difficult to establish. The <br /> damage that can occur in situations like this can be mind <br /> boggling to the Staff, Council and citizens. <br /> <br />In growth cities like Ramsey, Elk River, Andover, it is very easy <br />to fall into the situation that Elk River has gotten themselves <br />into this past year. This is why I'm so emphatic about the <br />importance of trained personnel and documentation, etc. of <br />things. You can't imagine the problems that are involved in <br />trying to oorrect these situations. <br /> <br />5) Workload - The work load is very heavy here with the many <br />activities that are happening here in the City. <br /> <br />LGS:sb <br /> <br /> <br />
