TERRI PETER,~ON: Ms. Terri Peterson of 5859 - 153rd Avenue I~ is requesting authorization to move a dwelling from Brooklyn Center to a 2.5 acre parcel on 167th Avenue NW adjacent to her father. Notices of the applicant's intent were mailed to the adjoining property owners. That notice, the Building Official's report, a list of properties notified, a copy of the applicant's building permit application, proposed findings of fact and a proposed development agreement are enclosed in (l~-k) for your consideration in this matter. The homeowner will have pictures of the home available at the meeting. I I ~ouncil Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the proposed findings of fact and to approve/disapprove of this request.
