Item B: ~onsii~{tion of ~{treets {n Rum River Hills P.U.D.: The developers originally requested that the City do this project by petition and assess it back to them. A feasibility study ~as done and a public hearing ~as held on April 9~ 1985. Subsequent to those actions, the developers have decided to do the project without the City. Accordingly, so the files sho~ a final action in this matter~ ~e feel adoption of the resolution enclosed as (I~-m) would be appropriate. Council P~:tion: Your action will be to adopt the proposed ~esolution. Uaninimous consensus of the Council is ~equi~ed to dispense with the reading of the proposed resolution.
