Enclosure (l~-v) also contains the following letters ~hich discuss the use of the City landfill disposal fee: a) Letter dated April 18, 1985 from Mr. Tom Todd, Legislative Analyst, to Representative John Hartinger b) Letter dated Rpril 19, 1985 from Mr. Kenneth Rasehkev Jr., Assistant Attorney Beneral~ to Representative John Hartinger I think it would be proper for the City to adopt a ~-esolution based on the contents of the law stating ~hat cost can be covered by the proposed fund.
