In order to prevent excessive dust pollution, the <br />grading and excavating operation shall discontinue at any time <br />when wind gusts are in excess of 30 miles per hour. If, in the <br />opinion of the City Engineer, the dust created by the operation <br />is excessive, the operation shall oease. <br /> <br /> 10. This grading and excavating permit shall apply to that <br />property legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Government Lots 3 and 4, Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, <br />and that part of the east half of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 25, Township 32, Range 25 lying East of State Trunk <br />Highway 47, Anoka County, State of Minnesota; except that plat <br />known as River's Bend and that port/on of parcel 25-32-25-31-0002 <br />lying east of State Trunk Highway 47. <br /> <br /> 11.
