I I I i I I CITY OF RAMSEY PROPOSfD GRADING AND EXCAVATING PERMIT ~RF.F;4ENT This contract entered into this__ day of , 1985, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City." and Mr. Art Raudio, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjunction witha grading andexcavatingpermit. ~he grading and excavation permit is hereby granted contingent upon theApplicant agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: 1. A phasing plan and restoration plan shall be provided and followed to minimize wind and water erosion of the site and which plan shall not allow for more than five acres to be exposed at any one time. Said plan is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A. Restoration as used herein shall be defined as meaning develo~ent of the property or restoration of the surfaoe. 2. All final slopes shall be less than four feet horizontal to one foot vertical (4:1). 3. The hours of the grading and excavating operation shall be limited to the following: a. Monday through Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 4. ~heApplicant shall not grade and excavate more than 10 acres at any one time and the remainder of the site shall be completely restored before commencing any new operations on the site. Applicant shall notify City Staff of any new operations co~m~.ncedonthe site. 5. A performance bond in the amount of $5,000.00 to cover any turf establishment an d costs incurred in the restoration plan shall befiledwiththeCity. 6. The City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the premises at any reasonable time to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. 7. No build-up of fill material shall be allowed by the Appli~t on ~ighway 47. 8. Ail costs incurred by the City in executing and administering this agreement shall be borne by the Applicant.
