However, the developers failed to provide all <br />the necessary information so Council could act on this case. <br /> <br />However, Deloitte Haskins and Sells has now made their <br />recommendation, so contingent upon the developers entering into a <br />develot~ent agreement, Council can approve the proposed resolutions <br />awarding the project. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-a) contains the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) It~ C as written in your agenda of May 28, 1985 <br />b) City Engineer's letter dated May 21, 1985 <br />c) Proposed resolution awarding bids without alternate bid <br />d) Proposed resolution awarding bids with alternate bid <br />e) Proposed developer's agreement <br />f) Letter frc~ Deloitte Haskins and Sells (will be available at meetinE} <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be to adopt one of the enclosed resolutions. <br />Unanimous consensus of the Council is required to dispense with the <br />reading of the proposed resolutions.
