I I I I I I I I I I I I I i I I I I Enclosure D2-b ~85- It Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS (%85-11 PINEVIf~ ESTATES) WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 27th day of February, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) 149th Avenue N.W. between Ramsey Blvd N.W. (County Road #56) and Uranimite Street N.W. 2) 149th Lane N.W. between 150th Lane N.W. east to its end at the cul-de-sac. 3) Uranimite Street N.W. between 149th Avenue N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. 4) Peridot Street N.W. between 149th Avenue N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 9th day of April, 1985, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard ther eon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMS~,ANOKAGOUNTY, S~9~TEOF~, as follows: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Oouncil resolution adopted February 27, 1985. 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the llth day of June, 1985.
