I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Enclosure D2-b #85-/3 <br />Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~85- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFI~%TIONS (~85-13 167TH AVENUE N.W. ) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted the 27th day of February, 1985, received the report on <br />the following proposed sealcoating improvement: <br /> <br />1) 167th Avenue N.W. between Nowthen Blvd. N.W. <br />(County Road ~5) and State Highway ~47) <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA GOUNTY, &71%TE OF MINNE~, as follows: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the Oouncil resolution adopted February 27, 1985. <br /> <br /> 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement.
