Inc.: <br /> <br />Mr. Haakon James and his surveyor, Jeff Caine, were present. <br /> <br />~ne Co~mission review the City Engineer's report dated May 31, 1985. <br /> <br />Motion by Co~ssioner De~er and seconded by O~ssioner Johnson to recommend <br />approval of the preliminary plat of Alpaca Estates Third Addition contingent <br />upon the necessary variances stated in City Engineer letter dated May 31, 1985, <br />except that Item %6 of that City Engineer letter should be amended to only <br />require a 4' bike lane to coincide with street construction in Alpaca Second <br />Addition. Further, that preliminary plat approval is subject to City Council <br />adopting the Envirom~ental Protection Ordinance pending before them. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice (]1airman Ziam~rman, G~ioners ~er, <br />Johnson and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Peterson, <br />fk)mmissioners Kennen and LaDue. <br /> <br />Review Of Revised Preliminary_ Plan For West Oaks Planngd Unit. <br /> D~velo_rment; Case Of Northfork. Inc.: <br /> <br />Mr. Mike Gait was present and stated that he is present to inform the <br />Co~mission of a change in the proposal for West Oaks Planned Unit Develoim~=_nt. <br />The first phase of the develolmm-nt was to have included 41 lots on the north <br />side of the property and 9 lakeshore lots at the center of the property; the <br />proposal now is to develop 42 lots on the north side of the property and <br />eliminate the lakeshore lots frc~ the proposal at this time. <br /> <br />Mr. Gair stated that the proposal has been presented to the Park and Recreation <br /> June 4, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
