covenants and conditions in order to maintain the appearance of <br />the develolmm, nt. <br /> <br /> NC~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E PLANNING AND ZONING <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows ~ <br /> <br /> 1) That the Commission recommend that the City Council <br />approve of the West Oaks Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br /> 2) That final approval of the West Oaks Planned Unit <br />Development should be subject to the following: <br /> <br />a) That North Fork, Inc. and the City enter into a <br /> comprehensive development agreement which agree- <br /> ment shall incorporate all City Code requirements <br /> and City policies relating to a development of <br /> this nature; and <br /> <br />b) That the West Oaks Planned Unit Development site <br /> be rezoned to P.U.D.; and <br /> <br />c) That there be a marketable title for the property <br /> known as West Oaks P.U.D. <br /> <br />3) That variances be granted for the following: <br /> <br />a) The length of the dead end street known as White <br /> Tail Trail; and <br /> <br />b) The street names and suffixes subject to 911 head- <br /> quarters approval. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Co~issior~r ~endriksen and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />C~airman Peterson, O~mmissior~bers Zi~merman, ~-~er, <br />Johnson and Hendriksen <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Co,minivers Kennen and LaDue <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission this the 4th day of <br />June, 1985. <br /> <br />Resolution %85-2 <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
