1. ~hat the Applicant, North Fork, Inc. , has properly applied <br />for approval of a Planned Unit DeveloI~nent (P.U.D.) pursuant to <br />Section 170.014G of the Ramsey City Code. The proposed P.U.D. is <br />to be known as West Oaks. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for P.U.D. concept approval on January 15, 1985 and the <br />Co~ssion approved of the applicant's concept and the minutes of <br />the January 15, 1985 meeting are incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br />3. ~hat the Applicant appeared before the City Council for P.U.D. <br />concept approval on February 26, 1985 and the minutes of the <br />February 26, 1985 meeting are incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />4. That the Applicant appeared before the Park and Recreation <br />Con~ission for P.U.D. concept approval on May 16, 1985 and the minutes <br />of the May 16, 1985 meeting are incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />5. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission on April 2, 1985 and the Commission recommended <br />approval of the Planned Unit Development and rezoning and the <br />minutes of the April 2, 1985 meeting are incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br />6. That the Applicant appeared before the City Council <br />requesting preliminary plan and rezoning approval on April 23, <br />1985 and the minutes of the April 23, 1985 meeting are <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />7. That the Applicant presented a revised preliminary plan to <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission June 4, 1985 and the <br />Co~x~ission found the revised plan to be in substantial compliance <br />with the plan originally sutmitted and recc~ approval and the <br />minutes of the June 4, 1985 meeting are incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br />8. That the final plan presented to the Planning and Zoning <br />Co~mission on June 4, 1985 is in substantial compliance with the <br />preliminary plan presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />on April 2, 1985 and which preliminary plan is the same plan upon <br />which the City Council conducted its public hearing which hearing <br />was held on April 23, 1985. <br /> <br />9. That the Applicant presented the proposed P.U.D. plan to the <br />Planning and Zoning Co~nission on June 4, 1985 as its final plan, <br />for which final plan the Planning and Zoning Co~mission recommended <br />approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
