I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption~ RESC~UTION %85- WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc. has applied for a Planned Unit Develo~ent (P.U.D.) permit for a P.U.D. to be known as West Oaks, which P.U.D. is proposed to be located on the following property located in the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, to-wit: All of Section 18 except the west 50 rods of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter thereof and except the west 18 rods of the South 70 rods of the Southwest Quar- ter of the Southwest Quarter thereof; also Government Lots 2 and 3 and that part of the West half of the North- west Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19 lying northeasterly of the Northern Pacific Railroad Company right of way; also Government Lot 1, the west half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17; also Government Lots 1 and 2 of Section 20, all in Township 32 North, Range 25 West; also Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 10 and 13, in Auditor's Subdivision No. 33, Anoka County, Minnesota; also that part of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 32, Range 25 lying southwesterly of Great Northern Railroad Company right-of-way. AND WHEREAS, said application is made pursuant to City Code Chapter 170.014G, Planned Unit Develo~nent; and WHEREAS, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission met on April 2, 1985 at which time it reviewed the P.U.D. application and made a written recommendation to the City Council that the preliminary develolm~nt plan for the P.U.D. be approved; and WHEREAS, on April 23, 1985, the City Council held a public hearing on the application for the P.U.D. and rezoning which public hearing was properly published in the City's legal newspaper on April 12, 1985; and WHEREAS, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission met on June 4, 1985 at which time it reviewed the revised P.U.D. application and made a written recommendation to the City Council that it was in substantial compliance with the plan it had given preliminary approval to on April 2, 1985 and recommended to the City Oouncil that the revised plan be approved; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission adopted Findings of Fact on the revised proposed P.U.D. on June 4, 1985; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Findings of Fact on the proposed P.U.D. on June 11, 1985; and Resolution %85-2
