I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption~ <br /> <br />RESC~UTION %85- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc. has applied for a Planned Unit <br />Develo~ent (P.U.D.) permit for a P.U.D. to be known as West <br />Oaks, which P.U.D. is proposed to be located on the following <br />property located in the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />All of Section 18 except the west 50 rods of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter thereof and except the <br />west 18 rods of the South 70 rods of the Southwest Quar- <br />ter of the Southwest Quarter thereof; also Government <br />Lots 2 and 3 and that part of the West half of the North- <br />west Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 19 lying northeasterly of the Northern <br />Pacific Railroad Company right of way; also Government Lot <br />1, the west half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 17; also Government Lots 1 and 2 of <br />Section 20, all in Township 32 North, Range 25 West; also <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 10 and 13, in Auditor's Subdivision No. <br />33, Anoka County, Minnesota; also that part of the East <br />half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 32, <br />Range 25 lying southwesterly of Great Northern Railroad <br />Company right-of-way. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, said application is made pursuant to City Code <br />Chapter 170.014G, Planned Unit Develo~nent; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission met on <br />April 2, 1985 at which time it reviewed the P.U.D. application <br />and made a written recommendation to the City Council that the <br />preliminary develolm~nt plan for the P.U.D. be approved; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 23, 1985, the City Council held a public <br />hearing on the application for the P.U.D. and rezoning which <br />public hearing was properly published in the City's legal <br />newspaper on April 12, 1985; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission met on <br />June 4, 1985 at which time it reviewed the revised P.U.D. <br />application and made a written recommendation to the City Council <br />that it was in substantial compliance with the plan it had given <br />preliminary approval to on April 2, 1985 and recommended to the <br />City Oouncil that the revised plan be approved; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission adopted Findings <br />of Fact on the revised proposed P.U.D. on June 4, 1985; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Findings of Fact on the <br />proposed P.U.D. on June 11, 1985; and <br /> Resolution %85-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
