I
I
I
I
I
I
!
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
i
I
I
I

The Hakanson-Anderson drawing indicates that at the present
time a 75KVA transformer provides service to a submersible well
pump at 70 HP 450V NC 3 Phase.

The pad was installed to accomodate a future 150KVA transformer. A
two inch rigid steel conduit was run from the low voltage secondary
side of the transformer to the equipment location for the submers-
ible pump. Presently installed in this two inch rigid steel conduit
are 3 - t6 copper conductors and one ~8 ground or neutral.

The power requirements for the two softball/soccer fields is
approximately 140KW or 70KW per field. The primary service brought
into the padmount transformer location by the power company
appears to be adequate to handle this additional load.

According to the power company it's a matter of changing out the
padmount transformer to provide the additional power. This would
involve developing new outdoor secondary switchgear to handle the
two new sportsfields plus the power for the submersible pump.

We would be looking at approximately a 225 KVA transformer depending
on the selection made by the power company to provide this power.

In looking at the over-all park layout (Drawing labeled 'Proposal
Improvements for Central Park") and dated August, 1980. If power
and lighting are to be provided for all activities, both present
and future, approximately 750 KVA of power would be required; this
includes the two proposed softball/soccer fields, bike trails,
roadway lighting, parking ageas, shelter buildings, etc. This could
