I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

be accomplished by placing a padmount transformer at each shelter

building and then distributing power to areas as needed. This ts all
subject to the review and approval of the power company.

If we confine our discussion to the two new softball/soccer fields
there would apparently be no additional charge from the power company
for up-grading the padmount to provide the power required, although
we would have an expense on the secondary side to provide electrical
distribution to the two new softball/soccer fields.

It appears that if we were to provide weatherproof outdoor switchgear
to accompdate this, we would be looking at somewhere in the neighbor-
hood of $4,000 for the outdoor service and approximately $500 to
reconnect the submersible pump to this new system. This is based on
the fact that we provide the new service at the existing equipment
location for the submersible pump. It may be necessary to look at the
fact that the shelter being proposed at the center of the various
softball fields might be the location to provide the electrical
power to the softball/soccer fields presently being comtemplated
and for the other softball fields that are proposed in the
future.

B. This discussion will be centered around the proposal
made by North Star Lighting. According to the attached drawing, they
