All such officers shall hold office for a te~ of one year and until their successors have been elected by the Organization. An officer may serve only ~ile a m~ber of the Organization and may be re-elected to an office. A vacancy in an office shall be filled from the membership of the Organization by election for the remainder of the unexpired te~ of such office. 2.8 Quorum: A ~jority of all voting m~bers to the Organization shall constitute a quorum, but less than a quorum may adjourn a scheduled meeting. 2.9 Meetings: Regular meetings of the Organization shall be held at least once per quarter on a day selected by. the Organization. Special ~etings ~y be held at the call of the chair or by any two members giving not less than forty-eight (48) hours written notice of the time, place and purpose of such meeting delivered or mailed to the residence of the Organization ~m~. All meetings of the Organization are subject to ~inn.
