85-4 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />S~%TE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT to Chapter 10.11 which is known as the "City Funds" <br />Chapter of the City Code of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />An Ordinance amending Chapter 10.11 of the City Code of Ramsey, <br /> <br />The City Oouncil of the City of Ramsey hereby ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. Amer~m_nt <br /> <br />Section 10.11.2 Government Funds is hereby amended by the <br />addition of the following: <br /> <br />Under I. paragraph B add sub paragraph 3 A fund for the pur- <br />poses of mitigating and compensating for the local risks, <br />costs and other adverse effects of landfills <br /> <br />3.
