Vegetation includes gzasses, bulrushes, spikerushes and va=ious other marsh plants such as cattails, arrow- Inland Deep Fresh Marsh. The ~oil is covered with 3 to 6 feet ox mo~e of water du~ing the g~owing season. Vegetation includes cattails reeds, bulrushes, spikerushes and wild rice. Inland Open Fresh Marsh. Shallow ponds and reservoirs are included in this type. Water is usually less than 10 feet deep and is fringed by a border of emergent vegetation. Vegetation includes pond weeds, wild celery, coon tail, muskgrasses, water lilies and sp~tterdocks. Type VI. Shrub Swamps. The soil is usually water logged during the growing season and is often covered with as much as 6 inches of water. Vegetation includes alders, willows, dogwoods and swamp-privet. Woodland. A group of trees at least one-half acre in area and with a crown oover of 50% or greater. 170.011~D Shoreland Overlay District Development Standards a) Permitted Uses.
