Substandard uses, includ- <br />ing substandard sanitary facilities, shall be allowed to <br />oontinue. Bowever, any structural alteration o~ addition <br />to a substandard use which will increase the substandard <br />dimensions shall rmt be allowed. <br /> <br />d) Prohibited Uses. <br /> <br />Any uses which are r~t Permitted or O~nditional Uses as regu- <br />lated by the applicable zoning district underlying this <br />shoreland overlay district as indicated on the official <br />envirorm~ental overlay map of the City. <br /> <br />e) ~oning Provisions. <br /> <br />The following standards shall apply to all shorelands of the <br />protected waters listed in Section 170.0112B of this <br />Ordinance within the City.
