Violation thereof shall be a misde- <br />meanor. Each day that a violation is permitted <br />to e~ist shall oonstitute a separate offense. <br /> <br />b) In the event of a violation or a threatened <br />violation of this ordinance, Ramsey or the Com- <br />missioner of Natural Resources, in addition to <br />other remedies, may institute appropriate actions <br />or proo~ to prevent, restrain, or abate such <br />violations or threatened violatiorm. <br /> <br />- 36 - <br /> <br /> <br />
